In September 2011, Dan Steveless and Syd Howells decided to create an EP with 'instruments' purchased from a 'pound shop' (yes, everything cost a pound, unless it did not). At a total cost of 8 pounds and utilizing the following: Korg Monotron Synth/Unbranded Nasal Hair Trimmer/Packet of 4 Wooden Spoons/1960s Cornet Mouthpiece/X-Factor 'music' making kit/A Plastic Bubble Gun that makes several pleasing sounds/A Cheese & Vegetable Grater/The Katzenjammer Voices of Two Men, You Are Pound Shops came to life...

Recording saved from incompatible equipment and the imminent oblivion of such things by James Mitchell.
